The lock housing has a concave ring groove above, and the inner edge of which is provided with a combination tooth groove; the inner kit has a ring-shaped combination body that engages with the combination tooth groove of the concave ring groove of the lock housing, and the socket section of the lower end of the inner kit is extended in the lock housing, and the upper part of the inner kit has a shallow groove in which a positioning ring piece is inserted, and the center of the shallow groove is connected to a through-hole, and the inner edge of the through-hole is provided with a threaded section The through-hole and the sleeve section are each assembled with a rotating shaft and a sleeve for the diversion pipe.
