Functional Inspection
The user activities will be simulated to test the mutual functions between part with part.
Take the spray bottle for example, we will test to open and close the cap for 600 times in a day and make sure the cap and the bottle will still work together by the most appropriate way to give the user the most comfortable using experience.
Corrosion Inspection
The perfume bottle will be tested with high purity alcohol or perfume oil for any hour. Our inspectors will make sure the coating layer won't fade.
High & Low Temperature Inspection
High temperature test to 150℃ for over 12 hours, low temperature test to -20℃ for 12 hours, making sure there won't be any changes on the coating layer on the perfume bottle.
