Screen Printing

Hot Stamping
Hot stamping is the most popular decoration technique to emphasize the brand name and logo on the perfume bottle.
By heating up a colored foil (mostly gold color) and melting it onto the surface of the bottle, the whole image of the perfume bottle will become outstanding.
Customers will love it at the first sight with its shinning golden look and emboss-similar feeling.
UV Metalizing
UV contributes to the perfume bottle a total different feeling from glass material.
This decoration process starts with heating a metallic material then vaporizes it and bonds it onto the bottle surface.
During the whole process, the bottle is kept rotating to contact uniformly the vaporized material.
After the process, the perfume bottle will seem like a metal artwork with the metallic shinning gloss.
Decaling
With decaling technique, we can easily transfer a beautiful picture onto the perfume bottle, making it not only a simply vessel for perume, but also a piece of art.
